I am Regina Ali of R. Ali Design, an independent creative workspace in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. My design specialty encompasses motion graphics, brand identity, and visual communication, focusing on thoughtful and intentional storytelling through art that moves.
I have 20+ years of extensive design experience for TV and digital platforms, leading and creating an extended range of high-profile designs for corporations, broadcast, government agencies, and small businesses. Because I am forever curious and a lifelong learner of the creative process, my design education goes far beyond my B.A. in Visual Arts from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and my certificate in Advanced Motion Methods from the School of Motion. I'm an avid reader, concept designer, and an all-around design problem solver who likes to experiment with graphics and educate or entertain audiences with thoughtful design choices.
One of the best parts of my career is working one-on-one with clients and collaborating with talented creatives such as producers, copywriters, web developers, photographers, etc., to produce designs that make sense.
